How a consultation request is handled
A consultation request is passed to a licensed healthcare provider so that a care team can contact you and arrange an assessment. That provider becomes responsible for the details you sent from that point onward, under its own privacy practices.
- If you choose the WhatsApp route, the message is prepared on your device and only reaches the care team when you press send in WhatsApp.
- Requests are used to respond to you about weight-loss care, not for unrelated marketing.
- You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time using the contact routes on this site.
